Corn Gluten

It is a by-product of starch and sweetener industry. It is a product obtained as a result of wet processing of corn. It has 58-64% protein content. It is a delicious feed raw material with high by-pass protein value. Corn gluten contains methionine, cystine and high levels of xanthophyll.

It is used in the following:

In ruminant rations due to high by-pass protein content,

In broiler and laying hen rations with xanthophyll content,

In fish feed rations due to its high amino acid content and antinutritional factors.
